A Message To Our Guests

COVID-19 MESSAGE ON BEHALF OF SUNSTREAM HOTELS & RESORTS

Our teams at SunStream Hotels & Resorts are closely monitoring the COVID-19 virus updates provided by the World Health Organization, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Florida Department of Health. In response to the unique circumstances of COVID-19 and our continued commitment to serve our guests with genuine hospitality, we are taking proactive measures based on the recommendations of governments, public health authorities and medical professionals as the health and well-being of our guests and team members is our highest priority.

At this time, our resorts remain open, however, some locations may have a change in services and amenities. Please select a resort for details:

FLEXIBLE RESERVATION POLICY

We at SunStream are temporarily adjusting our reservation policy to allow more flexibility when booking. You should have confidence and peace of mind in knowing if your travel plans change abruptly, we will provide flexibility to allow changes and modifications to your reservation. The following adjustments have been implemented for all SunStream properties:

  • - For guests making a new reservation for future arrival between April 11, 2020 and April 30, 2020, we will allow the reservation to be changed or canceled at no charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

For guests with an existing reservation for arrival between April 11, 2020 and April 30, 2020, including reservations with pre-paid rates, advance purchase, or additional restrictions, we will allow changes, modifications or cancellation for a full refund up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Changes and cancellations must be made prior to April 28, 2020, and will be subject to availability and rate differences when rebooking.

Please note, all SunStream properties have been closed to guest arrivals now through April 10, 2020, or as specified on the property Travel Advisory Notice.

Guests who have booked via an online travel agent or other third-party are advised to contact their booking agent directly for information on their policies.

OUR COMMITMENT TO CLEANLINESS

We take great pride in our cleanliness standards at SunStream and are taking additional precautionary measures to ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards. These additional measures include:

- Our housekeeping teams spending extra time sanitizing high traffic areas including but not limited to hallways, elevators and common area doors.

- Continuing to use only commercial-grade cleaning and disinfecting products manufactured by Ecolab or Proctor & Gamble that are known to kill coronavirus and other bacteria on surfaces.

- Our guest services teams disinfecting our guest services areas at a minimum of once an hour.

- Continuing to educate our team members on how to stay healthy, and communicating resources available through our internal newsletter.

- Encouraging any team members that might feel under the weather to stay home.
